The Lakelands can offer several superb properties for self catering holidays. All are tastefully furnished with quality and comfort in mind. We have many repeat guests who return year after year to enjoy the peaceful location and of course the spectacular view which can be enjoyed from every property.
One Bedroom Apartments These apartments consist of a twin or double (king-size) bedroom, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining area that also houses a pull down double bed. Ground floor apartments also have an extra en-suite shower room. all have their own balcony or patio area with good quality garden furniture.
Two Bedroom Apartments The two bedroomed apartments are as the one bedroom apartments with an additional bedroom, most have two bathrooms.
Namaste After an extensive refurbishment programme we are delighted to announce that Namaste is now available. The new-look Namaste has two double (king-size) bedrooms, both of which have en-suite facilities one twin room and a children's bedroom. The spacious lounge leads out to a superb balcony from which you can enjoy panoramic views of the whole of Ambleside and the fells beyond. There is a study area with internet access from which a staircase leads down to the new "sun room" which also boasts some of the best views in the area. The newly fitted bespoke kitchen is complete with all appliances and has a seperate dining area. The "piece de resistance" is the fantastic family bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath, seperate shower and sauna. USE OF THE LEISURE CENTRE IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE FOR NAMASTE.

We provide all bed linen, towels and pool towels. Beds are made up for your arrival.
All properties have their own allocated parking space with several visitors spaces for additional cars.
Use of The Lakelands private Leisure Centre is included for 2011, however from January 2012 the will be a charge of £35 per week per apartment for those guests wishing to make use of this excellent facility. The Leisure centre has a swimming pool with separate children's pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room . There is a small additional charge for the sauna and steam room, tokens for these are available from our reception office.
There are laundry facilities available on site at very reasonable cost.
Sorry but we do not accept pets in any of our properties.
